WAXMANLAW.COM TERMS OF USE

The purpose of a website’s terms of use is to set forth the terms that bind the sponsor and the user contractually as to any commercial transaction that may arise from use of the website; for example, when a sponsor, like Amazon, offer goods or services for sale through its website.

Richard H. Waxman, P.C. does not offer goods or services through waxmanlaw.com, so there would be no purpose for terms of use in the site.
